I must admit though, myself and family had insurance provided by SF, in the past. After a few years of satisfactory, it turned to unsatisfactory situations. We suddenly experienced horrible customer service, rudeness with poor communication, and "greed" overcharges and unexplained cancelation. Even after paying upfront *6 mo.- 1 yr in advance. Then, we had decided not to deal with SF ever again! Several continued to reach out by phone and emails galore, but I had refused. Fast all the way forward ... something told me to hear he out from her initial greeting. SO FAR, IT'S GOING WELL! Thanks to Josie Corona. Need more kind people like her who shows great concern. Especially, when facing challenging times.
